Strategic Plan

There are two major areas concerning the Department of Technology Services that are addressed in our strategic plan:

To align DTS goals and initiatives to the goals and initiatives of the Montgomery County Government. If DTS is to be a truly effective organization, then the efforts put forth by DTS must demonstrate support and accountability to the enterprise.
DTS must define a sound structure with the necessary skill depth to deliver outstanding service and rapid response to its customers. We will focus on areas such as guiding principles, critical success factors, providing value-added services, DTS structure, and goals alignment.
