Division Chief

As the Division Chief of Fleet Management Services, Jamie is responsible for all essential vehicle services including acquisition and disposal, preventive maintenance, repairs, regulatory compliance, pool vehicles and refueling services. Fleet Management consists of five business units: asset management, vehicle maintenance, fuel management, pool vehicles and administration. Services are completed in four major maintenance locations and 11 fuel sites in support of the County’s vehicle fleet consisting of sedans, law enforcement vehicles, light-duty trucks/vans, heavy-duty trucks, off-road and industrial equipment.

Jamie comes to us from the United States Department of Health & Human Services where he was assigned as the Departments Fleet Manager over seeing a fleet of 7500 vehicles and as the Program Manager for the governments shared service of transit subsidy benefits. Along with his Fleet and Tranist experience Jamie also was assigned as a Division Director leading teams in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, mail, facilities, region administrative support, printing and asset management. His 30 years of experience also incldues private sector executive leadership position as the Director of Trinity Transports’ Logistics division and as an Operations Manager with the United Parcel Service.

Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Business Logistics from Wilmington University and is a Certified Transportation Broker with Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA).

Keith Stickley

Keith Stickley
Chief Of Maintenance

Keith Stickley is the Chief of Maintenance at Fleet. Keith has over 25 years fleet maintenance experience including five years in a management capacity serving as General Manager of fleet maintenance for the Metropolitan Police Department. Keith holds certifications in sixteen areas of fleet operations including ASE Master Certifications in Medium/Heavy Truck, Automotive and School Buses.

Peggy Lynch

Peggy Lynch
Business Operations

Peggy Lynch manages the Administrative Services Section of the Division of Fleet Management Services, overseeing the financial, budget and information technology programs. She has a bachelor’s degree in physics and a project management professional (PMP) certification.

Michael Atkinson

Michael Atkinson
Chief of Materials Management

Michael Atkinson has worked for Montgomery County Fleet Management Services for over 12 years in a variety of positions including the oversight of the light, heavy and transit fleets. Prior to this, he worked in the private sector in the automotive and industrial fields. He is a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) through the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) and possesses a Master of Business Administration.

Calvin Jones

Calvin Jones
Chief of Equipment Management

Calvin Jones has worked for Montgomery County Fleet Management Services for nearly 18 years in a variety of positions; previous positions include oversight of transit maintenance as well as the County's fuel management program. Prior to his employment with the County, Calvin worked in the construction equipment industry in private sector, as well as, in the United States Marine Corps where he served nine years; two of those years as Maintenance Chief for a Construction Equipment Platoon. He is a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) through the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA).
