How to Apply
Call 240-777-1355 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call the Crisis Center at 240-777-4000 after 5 p.m. and on weekends.

A staff member will let you know what documents to bring to your first appointment.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a victim of crime occurring in Montgomery County or be a crime victim residing in Montgomery County. Telephone and walk-in client accepted.
Fees and Payments
There is no charge for victim assistance services.
Individual counseling and group counseling services are based on a sliding scale (0-$40) The first session of counseling services is free and subsequent sessions are based on a sliding scale, depending on income. Cash and checks are accepted.
