Immunization Program

Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services offers immunizations through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program to eligible children through 18 years of age, by appointment only, at the Dennis Avenue Health Center, Germantown Health Center, School Health Services Immunization Clinic at Rocking Horse Road Center and the Silver Spring Health Center.

The Immunization program also provides immunization information to medical providers, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) providers, child care providers, schools and other community groups and residents; and provides case management to children who are not up-to-date with immunizations.
