Age Requirement: Volunteer applications are accepted for applicants 18 years of age or older.
Time Commitment: Volunteers are expected to volunteer at least 8 hours per month, and to commit to at least 6 months of volunteering.
Volunteer Shifts: Generally Monday-Friday (12-7pm) and Saturday-Sunday (12-5pm); the shelter is closed on county-observed holidays.

Current MCASAC volunteers can log into Volgistics to check or change their volunteer schedule, sign up for new volunteer shifts, or check their volunteer e-mail account for important updates. Current Volunteers who have forgotten their log-in and password or Inactive Volunteers can request that it be e-mailed to them by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
