The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most trusted and widely used assessment for learning about personality characteristics.
This powerful tool can help you to improve work and personal relationships by understanding how your preferences impact your career and personal life. You will also identify your own unique personality type and become aware of how different personality types relate to each other.
This workshop is offered every month.
Presenter(s)
Melissa S. Fireman MCDP is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Washington Career Services, a career management firm specializing in organizational and career consulting for individuals, academia, and industry. She has 15 years experience in business, recruiting, training and career development. Melissa was formerly the Human Resources Manager for Staffing and Development at Time Life Inc. (division of Time Warner). She created a variety of managed programs including the Time Life employee development-training program, as well as innovative talent acquisition and retention initiatives. Later, she worked as the Employer Relations Representative/Career Consultant for The George Washington University Career Center, where she developed relationships with employers from the private, public and government sectors. Melissa earned her MS in Organizational/Clinical Counseling at Johns Hopkins University and obtained her BA in Sociology and Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. Melissa has been featured in the Washington Post, the Boston Globe and The Quarterlifer's Companion: How To Get On The Right Career Path, Control Your Finances, And Find The Support Network You Need To Thrive.
