Presenter(s)

Rachel L. Manchester, M.S. is currently working as an independent consultant, offering career/life education. She has developed a strong relationship with the Universities at Shady Grove, LifeWork Strategies, Inc., Johns Hopkins University and many individual clients. Her professional background includes teaching for the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business; counseling, training and consulting for the Commission for Women, and various positions at Booz Allen & Hamilton. She received her undergraduate Psychology degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1996 and a Masters of Science in Organizational Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2003. Rachel lives with her family in Montgomery County and enjoys working with the Maryland, DC, and Virginia business community.
