None of us like feeling guilty. However, guilt can play an important role in our emotional well being.
In this workshop, we will:
- uncover the origins of “guilty feelings”
- understand what guilt can do to you
- help you to recognize the role guilt is playing in your life
- offer different solutions to avoid having others play on your feelings of guilt
Presenter(s)
Eliane Herdani, M.S., LCPC. did her internship at the Commission for Women Counseling & Career Center. She received her Masters Degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She is currently working on her doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning at George Washington University. Her culturally diverse background gives her the opportunity to provide psychotherapy services in German, Portuguese, English and Spanish. In June 2003 she founded Life Aspects LLC, where she offers therapy services and workshops. She has presented workshops on the following topics for the Counseling & Career Center: Healthy Relationships, Listening Skills, Goal Setting, Time Management, Boundary Setting, Attitude Matters, Seven Steps to a Loving Relationship, Getting in Touch with Your Feelings and many others. She also develops Team Building workshops for organizations.
