Tuesday, December 15, 2009
1 session. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in before the workshop.

Would you like to get a better handle on problems with relationships or at work? Journaling can help you make time in your busy day to sit quietly, reflect and contemplate issues or problems in your life.

In this highly experiential workshop, a variety of writing techniques will be explored. These techniques are designed to help participants better understand their relationships, explore the roots of conflicts and emotions, and access their creativity.
