Family Law Self Help (CCT) The Family Law Self Help Center is a FREE walk-in clinic, staffed by attorneys, which provides either general legal information or limited legal advice, in family law disputes involving divorce, custody, visitation, and child support.
Finance Department (CCT) The functions of the Finance Office are primarily general accounting, procurement, and administrative duties to include the following: Duties related to receipts include accepting various receipts over the counter and by mail Duties related to expenditures include purchasing and distributing office supplies, furniture and equipment; transmitting invoices for payment; maintaining office supplies, furniture and equipment inventory records Duties related to depositing and distributing funds designated by court order to be held in the Registry of the Court Duties related to maintaining the time and attendance of all Clerk's Office employees
Juror Questionnaire Form (CCT) * The On-line Juror Questionnaire Form System (OJQFS) enables Montgomery County residents, who have received a County juror questionnaire letter, with the opportunity to complete and submit a County juror questionnaire form on-line. The OJQFS will enable residents to securely login, complete, and submit juror questionnaire forms to the Montgomery County Circuit Court for processing.
Jury Service (CCT) The Jury Commissioner’s Office maintains a roster of possible jurors called a “jury pool”, comprised of Montgomery County residents who are licensed Maryland motor vehicle drivers and/or registered voters. Each year, 80,000 potential jurors are randomly selected from this jury pool.

P.E.A.C.E Program (CCT) P.E.A.C.E. (Parent Education and Custody Effectiveness) Program of Montgomery County is an educational program for divorcing and separating parents that have a family case in the Circuit Court. Its goal is to provide parents with an opportunity to learn about problems that their children may experience as a result of divorce/separation and associated parental conflicts. The program also offers parents an opportunity to learn the necessary skills to keep their children out of family conflicts and helps them acquire new parental skills necessary for rearing children between separate households. With these skills in hand, parents can help their children make a healthy adjustment in a new situation where their parents no longer live together.
Quality Control (CCT) The Quality Control Department is in charge of data quality control for Civil, Criminal, Family, and Juvenile cases. One of the Department’s main responsibilities is to investigate and resolve data-related discrepancies found in these cases.
