I just want to tell you that your employee, Keith Watkins, was a great help to me in dealing with [my provider]  Everytime I bugged MR. Watkins about  with phone calls and/or messages, he always returned my calls. He always got somebody from [my provider] to call me within an hour... He also helped me get a deserved credit that [my provider] didn't want to give. And he also helped [to get] a tech over to my home.  Mr. Watkins also helped on numerous times over the past few years.

I got a phone call from [my provider], telling me that the $300 credit had been applied to my account. I have absolutely no doubt that if I had not contacted you, I would still be negotiating with [my provider]....

I know that acting on my behalf is your job.., But I really REALLY appreciate how well you do your job. Thank you, and all your colleagues, very much for your assistance on this issue.

 When our cable was disconnected by [a construction team].., it was only after calling the Montgomery County Cable Office that we were "connected" to the appropriate personnel to correct the problem.

This service's information should be listed right under the name of the of the service provider. The way cable treated me was if they had no one to hold them accountable, but straightened up quickly after you got involved. I cannot thank you enough for your help.

The County person was great! The Cable person was courteouse and did resolve my immediate problem.  But I know he only worked with me since I had made a 'complaint' to the County. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with getting any support from Comcast through normal channels. He said he understood my complaint, sympathized, but basically said that's the way it is. The words to describe 'normal' Comcast technical support would vary between incompetent, disinterested, untrained to sometimes Hostile. Please demand better support for your tax payers!!

After a two week wait for Cable to reply, our issue was finally resolved (with the help of Mr. Watkins!!) by a supervisor named Amanda Pock (sp) in Baltimore I believe. It has been an ongoing series of billing issues that hopefully are now resolved.

I tried over 6 months to resolve this issue with Verizon. [I] spoke to 8 different representatives from Verizon, and still could not fully resolve the issue. After contacting your office, the issue was resolved in 3 business days.... Thank you so much for your work to resolve this issue.

Comcast repeatedly failed to fix an over billing issue despite my multiple calls to them over a four month period. Apparently their policy is to ignore customer complaints until they are made to the County's Cable Office. We have experienced multiple over billing issues with Comcast over the years. Their 'customer service' department is a joke. They need better oversight, and should be subjected to large penalties for continuing screw-ups.

This was the best experience I ever had with Montgomery County Consumer [assistance]. The matter was resolved within an hour and a half. Many thanks to Mr. Watkins!
