If you need a Spoken Language Interpreter who assists you during a hearing or trial, you need to file the
Interpreter Request Form at the department where your case was filed.
NOTICE: The completed Interpreter Request Form must be filed at the appropriate Department not less than thirty (30) days before the scheduled trial or hearing date.

When you file your case at the Court's Family Department, you are also required to file Civil Domestic (Family) Case Information Report (MD Rule 20-111).

When you file your case at the Court’s Civil Department, you are also required to file Civil Non-Domestic Case Information Report (MD Rule 2-111(a)).
You are required to fill out the Civil ADR statement form and provide to your MEDIATOR when the Court orders you and your party to participate in Civil ADR.
