• Courthouse Dedication:  The Courthouse Dedication will be held on May 14, 2008 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm  Second Ave southeast bound will be closed to traffic the closure traffic switch will start around Fenwick Lane. Traffic will be directed to the opposite side (like the Silver Spring Parade) and then they would turn left onto Cameron St., no traffic traveling southeast will be able to get to Colesville Rd.  Northwest bound traffic coming from Colesville Rd will be pushed into the curb lane to continue through or the Police may just turn them onto Cameron St. Traffic patterns are subject to change.
