Landfill Gas-to-Energy Project

The move is part of the County Executive’s reorganization plan, designed to serve our citizens more effectively and promote environmentally sustainable practices in all County services. Solid Waste employees will continue to serve our citizens with award-winning trash collection, recycling, and hazardous waste management services, now better integrated with other County environmental programs.
