TAXICAB DRIVERS LICENSING INSTRUCTIONS

The following Taxicab Driver Identification Card application forms are available for individuals who meet the required qualifications. Two types of licenses are available as follows:

- New Driver IDs. - these are for individuals who have never held a Montgomery County Taxicab Driver Identification Card.

- Driver Renewal IDs - are for individuals who currently have a license to renew or who have held a County ID in the past.

If you wish to use the form to apply you must:

1. Print out the appropriate form.
2. Read the submission requirements on the instruction page.
3. Complete the form.
4. Visit the Taxicab Unit to pick-up the two fingerprint cards.
5. Obtain photographs, driver record and completed fingerprint cards.
6. Bring (DO NOT MAIL) the complete application packet to the Taxicab Office.
