Homeless/Crisis Care Management

Provides short-term case management to individuals with developmental disabilities, who may be homeless or in jeopardy of losing their housing. Must be approved by DDA, and designated to need "crisis resolution".

Representative Payee Program

Provides assistance with bill paying to adults with disabilities, and people aged 60+, low income and frail. Volunteers become the legal representative payee of the client. The program can only manage funds such as Social Security, which has a mechanism for formal representative payeeship.
