Provides a nutrition program for adults age 60 and over, a spouse of any age of someone 60 and over, and persons with a disability of any age who live at a nutrition site. Provides lunch, socialization, nutrition education, nutrition screening, and other programs and services at congregate sites. Provides referral to programs that may provide home-delivered meals to eligible seniors and people with disabilities. |
