Correctional Facility Library

Montgomery County Correctional Facility Library: The Jail that Reads The Montgomery County Correctional Facility Library is located within the Correctional Facility at 22880 Whelan Land, Boyds, MD 20841.

It serves the 700+ inmates housed at the jail, as well as correctional staff, but it is not open to the public.

The MCCF Library celebrates 35 of partnership between the departments of Libraries and Corrections.

It is “The Jail That Reads.”
