Teensite Advisory Group Students Interview the County Executive

Sneha Rao, student at Paint Branch High School, and Chris Percels, Gaithersburg resident, and recent graduate of Saint Anselm Abby School in Washington, D.C., had the opportunity to interview County Executive Isiah Leggett. 

The interview, a first for Teensite, took place in May, at the County Executive’s office.  Sneha and Chris worked with other members of TAG to formulate questions that would be of interest to teens.  Mr. Leggett discussed his own high school experience, and what motivated him to become involved in politics and public service. 

He did mention his favorite author, and a book he had most recently read and enjoyed.  Following the interview, the County Executive gave the teens a tour of his office, and photo gallery.
