Social Worker

A career as a Social Worker in Montgomery County offers the opportunity to help some of the County's neediest residents by providing a wide range of social work services in a variety of job settings to a culturally diverse community.

To apply, you must have:


	a master's degree in social work from a college or university that meets the criteria of a graduate social work program accredited by the Council of Social Work Education

	a valid license from the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners.

Do you have the master's degree but not the license? You may be eligible to be hired as a Public Administration Intern with a limited period in which to obtain the license.
