Youth Dance: Hip Hop for Teens
Ages 14-18: This fun class uses contemporary up-tempo Hip Hop music, coupled with rhythmic sequences, to exercise body control, movement, flexibility and rhythm. Learn the latest dance moves and choreographed routines along with performance skills. Power moves, stretching, freestyling and fun are all included in this high-energy class.

Wellness: Yoga in the Park
Ages 16 and above: What could be better than starting your day with yoga under a beautiful blue sky? Experience breath and movement synchronized in such a way that one action causes the other. Going from one pose to the next in a sequence that balances the body and then brings it back into neutral. Yoga for all levels, just listen to your body and continuous practice will help you reach your goal. Cooking: Making Sushi
Another James Davis interactive cooking class!
Ages 15 and above: Now you are on a roll! We will prepare our own sushi rolls along with all the other required accoutrements, including: the seasoned rice necessary for successful sushi, preparing the wasabi and a pickled ginger garnish. We'll make California Rolls, Tuna Rolls, Salmon Rolls and maybe even more than that, depending on the time available. We'll also prepare Sticky Rice with Fresh Mango for dessert. Bonus Gift: We'll give you your own Sushi rolling mat to be ready to impress friends and family with your new skill! Take home recipes. A $15 food fee due instructor at class time.

Adult Art: Collage Painting
Ages 16 and above: Explore how to use this versatile art form as a means of inner discovery using hands-on techniques. Learn collage art and paste-layering techniques that juxtapose images, fabric, and a combination of visual materials on a flat surface and the three-dimensional equivalents for assemblage. Create a personal history collage treasure box. A $30 material fee due the instructor at first class.

Music: Vocally Correct Auditions
Ages 4-9: Register for one day or register for all three. You pick the days that work best for you. Enjoy a Saturday evening out and leave your kids with us. Kids will enjoy art, games, playground time, hiking, music, sports, time with friends and more. Children are welcome to bring snacks. Register with a friend or meet new ones. One-time $5 materials fee required of each participant for this season. Pre-registration is required.

Ages 13 and above: As we know, laugher is the best medicine, this one-hour workout includes laughing exercise, breathing and memory enhancement techniques that rejuvenate brain power and enrich overall health. This is the fun way to be happy and healthy. Side effects include reduced stress, calm mind, anxiety relief, reduced depression, increased energy and improved concentration.

Tiny Tots: ABC Hand and Finger Prints
Kids learn the ABCs through finger and hand painting games.Ages 2-5: All fingers are pointed at this handy, fun new way to explore the alphabet. The ABCs come alive through stories, songs, finger plays and hand/finger print crafts. Based on the letter of the week, you and your little one will create an art project with hand and figure prints that you will treasure forever! Adult participation required. Price includes all materials.

Ages 16 and above: Calling all potential knitters looking for a way to calm your mind and soul. If you've never knitted or meditated before, this class is for you. Learn how you can use knitting as a form of meditation to escape from the stress of normal life and return to yourself. You'll learn the very basics of knitting to get started on a lifelong hobby. Novices only please. All necessary material will be provided for a $25 material fee due to instructor.

Mind & Body: BusyBrains
Ages 18 and above: The unique class takes time for you to exercise and energize your brain. Similar to other fitness classes the harder you work it the better it gets. Each class begins with an easy warm up, works into a high-energy cerebral workout with exercises that sharpen, activate and rejuvenate all parts of your brain and finish with a relaxing cooldown. This energizing brain fit class will stimulate your neurons for peak performance.
