Youth Dance: Hip Hop Into High School Musical
Hip Hop has become some of our most popular dance classes.
Ages 7-11: Want to learn the hip hopping dance steps that are so popular in the musicals? This invigorating class will feature dance steps that focus on developing rhythm, stretching, isolations, strength and endurance. This is a great way to get your head in the game now as you stride with pride in this energetic class.

Wellness: Yoga 1/2
Ages 16 and above (13-15 iif accompanied by parent or guardian): This class is for the experienced beginner (those who have had at least one or more sessions of yoga or those who have had previous yoga experience). Emphasis will be on refining the basic yoga poses, building strength, flexibility, and endurance in preparation for more advanced Yoga 2 postures. Wear comfortable clothing such as t-shirts, shorts or leggings that you can move easily in but avoid overly baggy clothes. Please bring a yoga sticky mat and be prepared to remove shoes and socks. Cooking: Make Mine Mediterranean
Ages 15 and above: Mediterranean food is influenced by North Africa, Southern Europe and Eastern Mediterranean countries. This cuisine is intricately robust, boldly flavored and free from complicated sauces and heavy dollops of cream and butter. The menu we will prepare and taste will be tilapia with citrus and basil, green beans with sweet onion and pine nuts, and Spanish peppery chili potatoes. Take home the recipes. A $15 food fee is due to instructor.

Adult Art: Beginning Pottery
Ages 16 and above: Designed as an introductory class, you will learn hand-building and wheel-throwing, decorating and glazing. A $25 material fee covers 25 pounds of clay, glazes, slips and other consumables, due to instructor at class.

Tiny Tots: Pre-K Fit Kids!
Ages 2 1/2-6: A fast-paced, age-appropriate exercise class designed for your preschooler. The instructor has been leading groups and individuals through fitness for 20 years. Parents are invited to stay but it is not required. Fitness: Core and Stretch Conditioning
Tighten those abs with this progressive workout.Ages 16 and above: A concentrated 30-minute abs-style class that will work your core muscles (abs, low back, obloquies, etc) using calisthenics, resistance bands, and dumbells followed by stretching. Adult Dance: Swing, Swing, Swing!
Ages 16 and above: Learn the basics of the 6-count swing sometimes called “Jitterbug.” This class will focus on learning the beginning-level moves, lead/follow interactions, and adding a little Charleston flair. Ages 18 and above: MD Sports women's adult basketball clinic. This is an instructional and fun basketball program for women. Learn skills the game your children love to play. It is a great form of exercise, too. Get insight into drills and strategies necessary to play and teach the game. No prior experience necessary. This is your night out. Let’s hoop, learn and burn!

Youth Art: Drawsters with Abrakadoodle
Ages 6-12: Drawing upon imagination! Take drawing to a whole new level by incorporating drawing into the creative process. Through Abrakadoodle’s unique program, learn contour drawing, patterning, font design, cartooning and build confidence and creativitywhile exploring fun and interesting artists and artist’s styles. This is not about copying the teachers' drawing, but rather learning skills and using your own unique imagination to create art. A $15 material fee due to instructor at the first class.
