About the Program
Since 1975 Clarksburg Seniors has been providing the seniors of the Clarksburg area a welcoming place to gather and enjoy activities together. Meeting on Wednesdays between 10:00am and 2:00pm, this program has as its motto, "Life is Great when you Participate," and the wide variety of activities demonstrates this spirit of involvement. Interesting programs, community involvement, exercise and fitness, craft projects, cooking, informational speakers, theme parties with great food and lots of camaraderie are the kinds of things Clarksburg Seniors have come to expect. Mini-trips to local points of interest add yet another dimension to the range of possibilities offered at Clarksburg Seniors.

Seniors, ages 55 and better who live in the surrounding community and wish to lead active and interesting lives, will find this to be a stimulating and friendly group of folks. It is a place to make friends, to receive useful information, and to enjoy activities. In other words, it is a "happening place" where seniors have the opportunity to build relationships and keep connected to life.
