About the Program
Coffield Seniors enjoy a wide range of activities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10:00am and 2:00pm. A partnership with The Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington provides program leadership along with the transportation and lunch services on Wednesdays. All program days include activities such as entertainment, health screening and education, exercise and fitness, arts & crafts, informational speakers, and more. Mini-trips to local points of interest add another dimension to the wide range of possibilities offered through Coffield Seniors, as does the Senior Fit & Flexibility Exercise Program held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Seniors, ages 55 and above who live in the surrounding community are invited to come and experience all that the Gwendolyn Coffield Center has to offer.

General Information
Coffield Seniors is located in Coffield Community Center. The Senior program is staffed by program directors who work closely with the participants to provide the kinds of activities appealing to seniors. A newsletter is produced that includes the calendar of events and is available when you visit the Coffield Senior program.
