Overview

Indicators are sets of data that represent a high-level barometer of County performance and reflect the quality-of-life in Montgomery County compared to other similar jurisdictions. 
Indicators are influenced by multiple departments and subject to external factors often beyond the control of County government. 
They allow the County to compare its performance against itself over time and also compare its performance to other like counties' performance both regionally and nationally. 

Level of Analysis:  National, Regional
