How to Recycle/Dispose of Your Christmas Tree

Christmas trees will be collected on your recycling day with the rest of your blue bin recyclables from December 26, 2008 through January 30, 2009. Make sure your Christmas tree is at the curb by 7 a.m.

Sustainability Working Group

Learn how government, residents, businesses and institutions are coming together through the Sustainability Working Group to forge a more sustainable future.  Established by law, the Group and its committees will develop a Climate Protection Plan by January 15, 2009.  Ultimately, the Group will develop a broad-based Sustainability Action Plan that goes well beyond greenhouse gas emission reductions.
