MCDOT consists of five divisions plus the Director’s Office. For question, concerns and/or complaints, citizens can call MC311 Monday through Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm by dialing 311 inside the County (outside Montgomery County dial 240-777-0311) or submit via the MC311 website.
