Wheaton Market Place Lot Redevelopment (Lot 13)
On or about June 5, 2017, Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) Division of Parking Management will partially close the Wheaton Market Place Parking Lot (Lot 13). MCDOT has entered into a joint development partnership with Stonebridge . This partnership will redevelop Wheaton Market Place Parking Lot into a vibrant mixed use development with approximately 400 public parking spaces.
Approximately 34 public parking spaces will remain open.
