ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
Licensing and Permitting Fees for Solid Waste Collectors and Haulers
SUMMARY: This regulation establishes the permit and license fees for solid waste collectors and haulers. The annual licensing fee for a company whose principal business is the collection or hauling of solid waste is $25.00, and the permitting fee for each commercial vehicle is $5.00. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 14-11.
ACTION: Executive Regulation, 6-12 was promulgated according to the Method 3 process and will become effective on July 1, 2012.
