MCER NO. 10-13T:  TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND 
                            DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGULATION
                            Water Quality Protection Charge

SUMMARY:  This temporary regulation is necessary to clarify the procedures for applying the Water Quality Protection charge to certain properties and the criteria by which certain property owners qualify for a financial hardship exemption.  Temporary regulation 10-13T became effective on June 21, 2013.

AUTHORIZATIONMontgomery County Code, 2004, Section 2A-15(j) and 19-35.

MCER NO.11-13T:  TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES REGULATION
                            Property Disposition

SUMMARY:  This temporary regulation is necessary to implement the County’s property disposition law which took effect May 1, 2012.  Temporary regulation 11-13T became effective on June 18, 2013.

AUTHORIZATION:  Montgomery County Code, 2004, Section 2A-15(j) and 11B-45(a).
