ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
Accessory Apartment License – Class 3
SUMMARY: This regulation establishes procedures for the issuance of Class 3 accessory apartment licenses and establishes the fees for Class 3 accessory apartment licenses.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 4-13 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective September 10, 2013.
