PROPOSED COMMUNITY USE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES REGULATION
Before and After School Childcare Programs in Public Schools
SUMMARY: Executive Regulation 15-14AMIII was adopted by the Montgomery County Council on December 9, 2014, to implement Resolution No. 19-13, which was adopted by the Montgomery County Board of Education of on January 8, 2013. Resolution No. 19-13 delegates to the Interagency Coordinating Board for the Community Use of Public Facilities the authority to schedule the before and after school childcare programs in Montgomery County Public School facilities. The proposed regulation amends Executive Regulation 15-14AMIII by removing the sunset date.
