Small Business Assistance Program
SUMMARY: This regulation was previously advertised in the January 1, 2013 Register and is being re-advertised because of changes to the regulation. The proposed regulation provides for the award process and criteria for the provision of loans and grants from the Small Business Assistance Program, a sub-program of the Economic Development Fund.

MCPR Amendment to Allow Social Worker Interns at HHS to Apply for “Employees Only”
SUMMARY: This regulation amends MCPR Section 6-2 to provide that the OHR Director must allow active social worker interns in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to apply for vacancy announcements at HHS that are limited to County employees only.
