You must bring the Summons to Appear for Jury Service as occasionally there is a guard at the entrance of the parking lot and ingress to this lot is only permissible by presenting this summons. If the Jury Lot is full, parking is available at the Council Office Building (COB) garage, which is directly across from the Jury lot. To reach the juror parking lot from Rockville Pike or Veirs Mill Road, use Route 28 West, being sure to move to the left lane after turning onto Route 28. Once on Route 28, use the left lane so as to make a left turn at the first light onto Monroe Street. The Juror parking lot is to your immediate left. Note: The COB Parking Garage is on your right. If approaching from Seven Locks Road, turn left on Wootton Parkway, turn right on Falls Road, which becomes Maryland Avenue shortly after passing over I-270. Follow Maryland Avenue, then turn right on Fleet Street. Turn left onto Monroe Street to the Juror parking lot on the right. Note: The COB Parking Garage is on your left. Those approaching from I-270 should use Route 28 exit 6A toward Rockville, turn right on Monroe Street and the parking lot is on the left. To reach the Judicial Center from this parking lot, walk to the traffic light at Jefferson and Monroe Streets, cross Jefferson Street and proceed up Monroe Street to the second high-rise office building on your left. Take any elevator to the Jury Lounge on the 4th floor of the Judicial Center. SUBWAY INFORMATION To reach the Judicial Center from the Rockville Metro Station (Red Line), proceed along pedestrian walkway, cross street and make left towards the circular drive to the Judicial Center entrance. Take any elevator to the Jury Lounge on the 4th floor.
