2013 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday Tribute and Celebration

MLK Program  

Montgomery County's Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Commemorative Committee proudly celebrated the Civil Rights Leader's birthday with a tribute program on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at The Music Center at Strathmore in North Bethesda, Maryland. The program included local talent, recipients of The Children of the Dream Award, The Literary Arts Award and The Humanitarian Award. The event is held annually.

For TV coverage of this year’s MLK Day event tune in to Access 19, Channel 19 at 2pm on Friday 2/8, midnight on Sunday 2/10, 10am on Thursday 2/14, 2pm on Friday 2/22, or midnight on Sunday 2/24.
