The Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office has over one hundred employees. There are a total of sixty-five lawyers and fifty members of the support staff. INVESTIGATOR – CRIMES AGAINST SENIORS AND VULNERABLE ADULTS

MONTGOMERY COUNTY STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE

The State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County, Maryland, is seeking an Investigator for a new initiative combating financial exploitation, physical abuse, and neglect of seniors and vulnerable adults. Responsibilities will include preliminary screening and investigation of financial crimes victimizing the elderly; coordinating with other government agencies that support senior crime victims; tracking of complaints involving seniors and producing statistical analysis of the tracking data; and outreach to community groups touched by the victimization of seniors and vulnerable adults. Some public speaking will be required. Skills and experience in program development and management, criminal investigations, including investigative accounting, analytical techniques and complex case management helpful. Appropriate computer competencies also are required. Salary approximately $60,000.
