The Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office has over one hundred employees. There are a total of sixty-five lawyers and fifty members of the support staff. When a job opening occurs in the office, active resumes on file are reviewed and the most qualified candidates are selected to be interviewed. If there are no qualified candidates on file, a job announcement will be posted on our website.
