Carmelita Hilliard, Look Vodka

Carmelita Hilliard is the owner and CEO of Look Vodka. In 2011, she started working at Total Wine and More a little after her 21st birthday. After two and a half years of working at this establishment she realized how much she enjoyed learning more about the alcohol industry. She also enjoyed helping customers find the perfect brand of wine or spirit to match each individual palette. It was then she knew she wanted to one day own her own brand. Carmelita gained her bachelor's degree at Stevenson University in Business Administration in 2013. Then in December 2016 she received her Master’s from University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

Look Vodka was created in 2016, designed with women in mind. The name evolved from real life experiences of friends and family that have endured hard times in life. Empowering others to reflect (Look) back on life experiences in a positive way, by essentially empowering women to be great. Look Vodka is based on diversity and should be enjoyed by all races, shapes, and sizes.

In addition to creating a brand that everyone can enjoy Carmelita has endeavored in other entrepreneurial endeavors including real estate, and eventually plans to help build her community from the proceeds of her brand. Carmelita Hilliard currently resides in Burtonsville, MD.
