Commercial Janitorial Service Provider Recycling Training
The in-person janitorial training program consists of 45-minute sessions with 15 minutes of interactive questions covering the following topics:
- Why it is important to recycle and common recycling terms
- Overview of Montgomery County’s recycling regulations and goals
- Examples of recyclable materials and types of recycling collection containers
- Roles and responsibilities in the recycling and waste reduction processes
- How to “Go green”, “Clean green”, buy recycled, and practice waste reduction
- Troubleshooting common recycling challenges in the commercial sector
