Focused Neighborhood Assistance Project
 

Montclair Manor is a 64-unit townhome community located off of Veirs Mill Road in Silver Spring, between Rockville and Wheaton. The Neighborhood Revitalization Section is assisting this low-to-moderate income, CDBG-eligible community with several improvement projects that include replacing outdated common area lights with energy efficient LED lighting, repairing damaged perimeter ​fencing and installing new landscaping.
