South Village/Montgomery Village
Focused Neighborhood Assistance Project
This project will include new energy efficient LED street lights and site improvements benefitting 482 households in the following communities in the South Village section of Montgomery Village:
- Walker's Choice
- Center Stage
- Grover’s Forge
- The Hamptons
CDBG funding will be used to construct this project with a 20% contribution from the HOA. This is an active FNA project with construction ongoing through 2022.
