None. Since Destiny Igiebor oversaw the Public Awareness Subcommittee and has resigned, Chair Dave Moskowitz asked interested Commissioners to contact him so the work can continue.
Staff Report
Nicolle Katrivanos informed the panel that approval was requested to hold a quarterly in-person COLTA meeting and a budget was approved. Several Commissioners expressed interest in facilitating virtual participation at in-person meetings. Nicolle advised that particulars are still being discussed and will keep Commissioners posted.

New Business
Nicolle Katrivanos reminded the Commission that the Vice Chair position is unfilled and there is still a need for a secretary. Interested Commissioners should contact her directly.
Setting of Next Commission Meeting
The November 4, 2025 meeting date (Election Day) raised concerns about attendance. Several alternative dates were discussed, but no decision was made. The next confirmed meeting will be on October 7, 2025, chaired by Commissioner Laura Murray.
