Who may object to an Accessory Dwelling Unit?
- An Accessory Dwelling Unit applicant for a new Class 3 license may object to an adverse finding of fact by the Director and request a hearing with the Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings (OZAH) within 30 days of the Director's Report.
- Any other aggrieved person may file an objection to any finding of fact by the Director and request a hearing with the Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings (OZAH) or alleging that on-street parking is inadequate when a special exception is not required within 30 days of the Director's Report.
