Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program

MPDU Sales Training Classes:  Effective March 13, 2020, all MPDU sales training classes (First Time Homebuyer classes, MPDU Orientation Seminars and Application Sessions) are cancelled until August 1, 2020. No new applications to the MPDU program will be accepted during this time. The status of future classes will be assessed and scheduled when situations change. All MPDU certificates expiring on or after February 1, 2020 will be extended until August 1, 2020 without requiring renewal at this time.
