Mandatory Ethics Training for Public Financial Disclosure Filers
The County's Public Ethics Law requires all Public Financial Disclosure Filers ("Public Filers") to take mandatory ethics training for all executive branch Public Financial Disclosure Filers (“Public Filers”), so that each filer is trained one hour at least once every three years.
The Ethics Commission and the Office of Human Resources through Oracle Learning Management (OLM) will track and ensure compliance with the training requirement.
