Price to Compare (Case No. 9228)

This case concerns the "Price to Compare" on utility bills intended to assist customers in selecting a competitive electric supplier.  OCP filed comments addressing problems with both the calculation and display of the price to compare.  The  PSC  determined that the Price to Compare was confusing, could be misleading, and often was based on outdated information and ordered changes to utility bills and websites.
