SUBJECT: Approval of the FY12-17 Capital Improvements Program for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
  Resolution

The Council approves the projects in the WSSC Proposed CIP for FY12-17 as transmitted on September 29, 2010, except for those projects which are approved as modified by the Montgomery and Prince George's County Councils. See below for amended projects. For a complete list of adopted FY12-17 WSSC projects, please visit WSSC's website at: http://www.wsscwater.com/home/jsp/content/budget-index.faces.
