Except as otherwise required by the Zoning Ordinance or other law, all material must be received at the [email protected] mailbox by noon on Tuesday of the week BEFORE the scheduled proceedings to ensure its inclusion in the meeting. The Board is currently meeting in person instead of using Teams; no Teams access  information is available.

WINTER WEATHER INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE:  When Montgomery County Public Schools are closed due to the weather, Board of Appeals hearings will not be held.  When Montgomery County Public Schools announce a delayed opening, Board of Appeals hearings will also be delayed by the same amount of time.
