Are you a business planning to sign your first commercial office lease for office space in Montgomery County or expanding your office space by at least 500 square feet? If so, you may qualify for up to $150,000 through the MOVE Grant Program, subject to the availability of funds. The updated MOVE Grant program offers one-time financial support to help businesses offset expenses related to their first commercial or expansion lease of at least 500 square feet.

The Montgomery County Business Center team is part of the Office of the County Executive and is focused on helping businesses start and grow in Montgomery County, Maryland.
