Division of Health & Human Services Staff Attorneys

The Division of Health and Human Services staff attorneys act as counsel a provide legal advice to the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, including the Office of the Director; Children, Youth and Family Services; Aging and Disability Services; Behavioral Health and Crisis Services; Public Health Services; Services to End and Prevent Homelessness; and the Office of Community Affairs.

Additionally, the attorneys in this division represent Child Welfare Services in Juvenile Court matters involving child abuse and neglect, and Adult Protective Services in adult guardianship matters.
