COVID-19 Updates

COURTHOUSE ENTRY PROCEDURES EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2021

  • Wearing of a face mask is required for any persons over the age of two (2) years who have not completed the COVID-19 vaccination process.
  • Wearing of a face mask is voluntary for any person who has completed the vaccination process, except that jurors and all participants in jury trials, including judges, support staff, attorneys, litigants, and witnesses shall be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing while participating in jury selection and trial.
  • COVID-19 Health Screening Questions and non-contact temperature checks are required.
  • Entrances: Maryland Avenue, Monroe Street and Terrace Level entrances will be open from 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday, except on Thursdays when Maryland Avenue will be open until 6:30pm.
  • The Clerk’s Office is open to the public. Walk-in patron entry will be managed based on department and courtroom capacity.
  • No photos/videos in courthouse.
  • Physical Drop Box for case filings is located at the Maryland Avenue entrance.
  • Land Records Drop Off 10am, 12pm, and 2pm daily at the Maryland Avenue entrance.
